Sometimes I'm able to see the site, but the error in localhost browser happened very often.

Any solution for this?

You don't get a connection, because your Webserver died. Otherwise there would be httpd.exe in your Taskmanager. Could you please post the file C:\xampp\apache\logs\error.log
