I've got a program that needs more perl modules than are currently installed.

Now I know how to install perl modules by hand on a linux system but how do I install a perl module into XAMPP?

I made the great mistake of showing my boss Request Tracker that I had installed my personal linux box. He loved it but asked can it run on Windows? Enter XAMPP. But I need some extra perl modules to make RT fly.
