Hi, how can i install this extension ?
its not on xampp/php/ext
and its not present on php.ini
so, can some one help me ?

The last version php_dbase.dll was present was the one before the latest version you download which at a guess was 1.7.4.

You need to uninstall 1.7.4 and download the 1.7.3 version which is a complete XAMPP release and you will not have the issue you have posted about.

Get the previous XAMPP release from here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xampp/files/XAMPP Windows/
