xampp install uninstall

I installed xampp for Joomla about a year ago and then forgot some passwords so I tried to uninstall it and reinstall. On Win7, cannot uninstall completely and when I reloasd and install again, I get an error message that ports 80, 443 and 3306 are in use and cannot be used. what to do?
