Which Apache::Cookie for use with XAMPP Windows

Hi, I've been using XAMPP Windows for some time now, I love it! A wonderful product!

I need to develop some Perl code to work with setting cookies and I want to use Apache::Cookie . Can you tell me which version of Apache::Cookie will work with XAMPP and where I should download it from?
