Tomcat, servlet debugging with Eclipse

Hi all
I'm trying to debug a servlet I made with Eclipse, however when I try to connect the Eclipse's debugger to XAMPP's tomcat I get a conection refused, does anybody know how to configure the tomcat server to work with Eclipse ?
