on my own network i am unable to access myphpadmin unless i am at the server itself with xampp installed on it. how do i change it

running xampp 1.7.4

You need to type:

http://localhost/phpmyadmin

I am assuming you can access localhost from other client machines. If this isn't the case then please provide further info.

You also need to login to use phpmyadmin.

i can access the myphpadmin on the machine with it installed. but i perfer not to have to be at that one since it doenst have a desk to say and i do more on the desktop.
i am trying to access it threw a remote desktop threw the browser but all i get is the security page
