Xampp authentication required message

Hello, I have a (I think) beginners question.
I have Xampp running on my home server.
When I go on that home server to a website I get most of the times "authentication required" messages. Especially on this website: http://extremetracking.com. Also on that website I get an redirect to http://extremetracking.com/xampp.

Due to the "new security concept message" I changed httpd-xampp.con. Could this be the problem?

Solved! I remembered new software changed host file and this site was added to that file in system32/drivers/etc.
