Thanks earthrat. I followed your instruction and got relieved from such kind of problem. I am using XAMPP 1.7.4 and Joomla_1.5.25 and PHP Version 5.3.5

find file php.ini and edit to :
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
display_errors = Off
