XAMPP sending out huge traffic packet outside (HELP ME)

We have problem with our website. We use Joomla version 1.5.21 and XAMPP version 1.7.3.
The XAMPP sending out huge traffic package outside. The report of the traffic status as follows:

I alrady try to re-install to the latest version of XAMPP 1.7.4 and upgrage joola version but the problem still occurs.
Please help how to troubleshoot it?
