A lot of these modules are no longer there in 1.7.4.
Also, ntwdblib.dll that you need for accessing MS-SQL is no longer in 1.7.4.
If you need to access a MS-SQL database from your PHP pages, you will want to stay with XAMPP 1.7.3.
