Problem with Wordpress Installation, urgent help cant view -

I just intalled WP latest version on xampp, it rules.

I installed only seo plugin and it changes aliases.

I made a test post and i can't see it, for example

I updated this post

http://localhost/wordpress/http:/localh ... mple-post/

and when i view it i get this error

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.
