- and - unfortunately - its a grand opportunity for your ISP's, webhosts, and provisioners to up the ante. My 13 blocks went up 75% in the past six months.

If you don't pay, someone else will is their pitch....

If ISPs convert people over to IPv6 addresses then those IPv4 addresses may become reusable and made available again and so could be used to extort extravagant prices once again - but not sure if that will eventuate or even be possible but ISPs are know to be at the bottom of the ethics ladder.
