Is this error related to the new xampp configuration that I installed in the morning. My Code calls a WSDL and it's throwing me this error. Any fix for this?

<b>Fatal error</b>: Uncaught SoapFault exception: [WSDL] SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://......?wsdl' : failed to load external entity

IT's been resolved.. I needed to add extension=php_openssl.dll in the php.ini
