Mysql started (port 3306) but not running
When I click Start beside Mysql, it starts but then it stops.

Remove the tick in the Svc check box and try and Start it again.
Also run \xampp\xampp-portcheck.exe and see what is using port 3306 before trying to start MySQL again.
