my site does not work fully over internet

I created my site. It works great on my local nework computers. But when I test it over the internet using a different computer, only the plain text are loaded, non of the graphics are loaded.

Look at the IP-Adresses of the ressources.
What do they tell you?

Depends on your own knowledge.
I don't know anything about your site/webapplication.

Good webapplications have one central point where the base url can be configured.

so i bought a php code form a dude in india.he instruct me to downloaad an install xampp and build the site in hot docs. he's been hiding since !!

My PC has a static IP programmed via my router. I know how to do that.

I'm not sure if I need to re-set in xampp/apache (httpd.conf)

If you think that this is where the problem is than I'll get a friend to help me out.
