Netbeans & ZF

I try to start with coding php with Netbeans and Zend Framework. After setup Netbeans I modified php.ini that way

include_path = ".;C:\xampp\php\PEAR;\.;C:\ZendFramework-1.11.2\library"

Also I add ZF lib in Netbeans (tools->options->php general). But Netbeans doesn't create new ZF project.

Then I deleted the link to pear in php.ini and in Netbeans but nothing is changed. All screens are attached. Hope someone help me. Thank you in advance for all your kind efforts!
