Problem with Mecury Configuration

I have just succeed with send mail from local to the internet (SMTP server) but now I'm stuck with receiving mail from the internet (Hotmail Gmail Yahoo...) and POP3 settings. Can anyone help me to configure it?
PS. I'm using it with "real" domain.
