Cant seem to connect to database
Posted: 22. December 2010 22:45I have installed 2 wordpress sites in XAMPP. The sites WP Admin access and the sites homepages are working fine. When I tried to access phpMyadmin I get this error message:
PhpMyAdmin -Error:
Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.
I looked for possible solutions online to this problem and found a suggestion to "clear my browser history" which I did. I was able to access again the phpmyadmin. The downside to this is that I now cannot access my blogs (both the homepage and WP admin). It seems I cannot connect with the database, although when I look into phpmyadmin, the databases are there. Any suggestions to fix this??
