why cant use the TOMECAT in XAMPP

Just installed the latest XAMPP 1.7.3,everything seems fine except tomcat. Cant even select it from the XAMPP control panel.

Tried to download the Tomcat addon for XAMPP, however it saying:" Windows cant find 'setup_xampp.bat'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again".

Anyone here coluld help me plz.
