How to make virtual server

Can any body assist to make virtual server in my local LAN? I have installed Xampp. My IP is 192.168.1.3 and router's id is 192.168.1.1
I too would like to know the way to access web files & phpmyadmin instead of writing localhost. I want to access in : http://lserver/webfile_name http://lserver/phpmyadmin
