Installing xampp on time capsule

Hi guys... so to save room on my solid state drive I decided lets move a bunch of stuff over to time capsule drive (yes I'm using windows). Everything installed perfect to the drive but now I"m trying to access sites such as phpmyadmin. However, I can't reach the address. I've tried my hostname/phpmyadmin.... i've tried my routers ip address (which i didn't think would work). Any ideas on how to access the content now that its across my network? Thanks!
