Please Help a Newbie Setup XAMPP

I am trying to create a website using Joomla.
I have downloaded and installed Apache friends.
my problem is that i can not get Apache to run in my xampp control panel.
MySQL and filezilla say they are running.
When i go to http://localhost/ i get IIS7
How do i change this so that i can use xampp?

Please help me fix this problem.
