start MySql and access phpmyadmin

I successfully installed xampp some months ago . I was able to use it, although I had some problem about my password(I think I forgot it ) and had to configured it again. It worked fine afterwards.
But now, when I try to turn the buttom "start" into "running" at the PanelControl, I can´t; it doesn´t obbey, and says Mysql is busy.
I access phpmyadmin through its Url and I see the following note:

MySQL ha dicho:
#2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
La conexión para controluser, como está definida en su configuración, fracasó. (the conexion for controluser, as it is defined in your configuration, failed)
Abrir nueva ventana de phpMyAdmin "(Open a new window of phpMyAdmin)
I have tried to open a new window but the same message appears. I don´t really know how to solve this.
