httpd.exe crash on windows 7

I use XAMPP to test simple websites and themes I create for Wordpress.
Since I upgraded to Windows 7 (x64), every time I try to do something with Wordpress:
I get a blank page and a Windows warning saying that the "Apache HTTP Server has stopped working" wih the following error report:
