Maybe Mars is in your rising sign!

Maybe it's not installed!

Maybe gremlins are ice skating on your hard disk platters!

Maybe you forgot to turn on your computer!

Who knows. You haven't given us any information to help you solve you problem.

Start by looking in your Apache error logs. They will often tell you why things go wrong (hint: that's why they're called "error" logs). Feel free to post relevant parts here, so if you don't understand it, at least one of us will. Check to see if you don't already have an application listening on port 80 (the XAMPP control panel has a button to run a port check that will tell you what's using the ports) If you have IIS installed set it to "manual' in the services.msc mmc snap-in.

Theres only the message:

Well unless and until you post some error logs, or give us a little more to go on besides "it won't start" there's very little we can do.
So in the interest of helping the next person who is willing to help you, try answering these questions:
1. What version/edition of windows are you running?
2. What release of XAMPP are you running?
3. what is the installation path to your XAMPP (Should be <DRIVE>:\XAMPP, and if it's not, that could be part of your problem)? This will also enable us to tell you where your log files are since you seem to be unwilling to RTFM.

That's all I got.

That is the error log...

Good, progress.
That means that you have another application listening on port 80. Common conflicts include IIS (Microsoft's Web Server) and Skype. Again if you run the port checker from the XAMPP control panel, it will show you what's listening on that port, or you can execute "netstat -bo" which will show you the name and process id of the executable that is using the port(s).

Can closed.

I've found the problem :)

Skype was running.

I checked the ports.
