Fix for SMTP/POP service broken in XAMPP 1.7.3
Posted: 24. September 2010 16:11Pegasus has a patch for Mercury that fixes the fact SMTP and POP do not start when the mercury service is started.

Took me a while to figure this one out.
Mercury will start, but smtp and pop do not. Flipping to offline/online worked, but this actually fixes it.
