I have installed xampp on several machines.
all are connected with an 10 Mbits line or higher

When i download something from the servers then it stays on 300 kb/s
Is there a way to increase this?

I have installed IIS on one of the machines
and with IIS i am able to hit the 2 MB/s
So the machine can handle it
(Dual core 6600)
Any help and idea's?

I have been testing this a bit more

When i download from the server internal network then i am able to download with 2 MB per sec
This is still to slow considering that i have 1Gbit network and when i use IIS to download the same file then i am able to hit 30MB per sec

But it is better then when downloading over the internet
Is there a differnt how xampp is handling traffic?
It looks like it is checking the IP and is managing the download differntly
