problem streaming xampp apache

and I have problems doing flash mp3 stream, the problem as you make the streaming the song is heard but there comes a time that is short and not loading, or a song that lasts 3:53 might load up the sometimes 54 seconds at 34 and stops and does not continue but, at first probe with several players because I thought that was the problem of flash, but after installing appserv and worked well, what is the problem, modify the amount of delay of 300 to more in the httpd.conf but nothing follows the problem.
What I want is to use xampp and appserv.
makes the problem in Internet connection as localhost works fine.
