What do you have exactly and what do you want exactly?
if this is a vhost topic it's no bad idea to post us your vhost definitions too

I need to make my vhost public, for ex my website is www.example.com and my question is that how can i make my vhost website public?????

Do you have a REGISTERED Domain name for your virtualhost?
