Installing Xampp on Windows 7 on Drive C

Hello,

I have not used Xampp before, and I am want to install Xampp on Windows 7, there is no partitions on my hard drive but the C drive, I have heard if I install Xampp on the C drive it will cause problems is that right? Please help me in this.

No - what should not be done is installing in 'Program Files' this will cause problems with certain functions due to spaces in the path.

XAMPP SHOULD be installed in the root of C:

When you unpack - make the target c: (not c:\xampp) - the extraction process will create the XAMPP folder for you.
