Many of us missed it since it was not announced on the forums but, last week, Apache Friends released the latest beta editions of XAMPP. This includes the Windows edition.
The individual components have been updated as follows:
Apache (2.2.16)
MySQL (5.1.49)
PHP (5.3.3)
phpMyAdmin (3.3.5)
Tomcat (6.0.26)
XAMPP 1.7.4 Beta 1.2
