PEAR DB.php not found on new release xammp

friend, i have some trouble i dont know where is the mistake. i have install new release xammp, and i want install phpbt which is need for pear. did the xampp new release is already include pear?, and there a script which try to test the pear DB.php, and is say the file not found. i alreadu search on folder php/pear but not found, how i set the xampp for pear

please help

On the XAMPP page (http://localhost/xampp) can you run pearinfo() ??
