strange problem

hello everyone I have one strange problem with xampp, when I add some file in htdoc like favicon.icon he automatic got delete when I refresh. And in anonymous after some time old files got delete. Any one know solution for fix that 2 problem? Thx in advance

Files never get automatically deleted unless your computer is being hacked by a "friend" or virus.
