no zend_optimizer.enable_loader in my php.ini

hiya all.

ive installed xampp. and i wanna enable the zend_optimizer.enable_loader.
but i cant find it anywhere in my php.ini.
thats really odd.
ive thought about another location of php.ini. in apache/bin...but there isnt any. probably coz of the latest ver of xampp.

somebody help.
ive been doing this all day. i ve tried xampp ver 1.7.3, 1.7.2. should i try the 1.6 ver?
