I've installed XAMPP on my Windows 7 32bit Home Premium but when I try to open Apache I receive an error.
What I can do?

I can guarantee that Apache works under Windows 7.
Give more info about error.

If you've installed your xampp in Program Files, try turning off UAC or uninstalling it and installing xampp (for example) in C:\xampp.
