change the sites folder ?

how could I change the sites folder (C:\xampp\htdocs by default)
Obviously a shortcut to my site doesn t work.$
I cannot put all my websites in this folder since I gotta keep my folders sorting.
It's maybe the only thing better in EasyPhp, you just "Add a site", with any path on HD.
