phpmyadmin page does not display

After getting my site to display, when I want to get to my phpmyadmin page, it comes up saying that Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage, (phpmyadmin webpage, that is). XAMPP is latest version. How do I need to configure so that I can get back to my phpmyadmin page?
