Apache error signature

Hello,

I have been running a system on Windows 2003 Server, XAMPP 1.5.1. Today I got this error message:

szAppName : apache.exe szAppVer : 2.2.0.0 szModName : php_mssql.dll szModVer : 5.1.1.1 offset : 00001403

1. On the server, the system runs ok.
2. If I restart the server, Users are able to access the system. After a few minutes, users are disconnected from the server.

I desperately need help. What should I do.

My database is around 6GB
