Hi,
When I got to my external ip (xx.xx.x.xx) from my own computer, I get to the apache server, and it works.
When I try to go to my external ip (xx.xx.x.xx) from another computer (yy.yy.y.yy), it doesn't work.
I enabled port forwarding, and unblocked the ports on my firewall.
FileZilla works when I access ftp://xx.xx.x.xx from ftp://yy.yy.y.yy.

have a look in Apache log..
If you got a ftp access from the other IP, there should be an information like "denied.." in
