Now I dont know what the issue is, I know its not my coding but whenever I load my files onto my xampp local server only the body{} tags seem to work and nothing else. Any help?

As HTML TAGs are not interpreted by Apache (nor by XAMPP), but by your local browser, this must be an browser issue.

Or your description is uncomplete or wrong.

how could anybody help, when there is no code appended?
