Import error in phpMyAdmin/Win7: Allowed memory size ...

Hi all

I've installed newest xampp on a new laptop and am getting db import 'maxed-out' type errors when importing a db which is only 8kb - here's my setup and the error msg:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium - 64 bit
Xampp: xampp-win32-1.7.3
Xampp install location: C:\XamppServer\ ...

I'm importing the DB dump via phpMyAdmin

Error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8358 bytes) in C:\XamppServer\xampp\phpMyAdmin\libraries\sqlparser.lib.php on line 342

I've checked php.ini and all max limits are set to 128M but the DB is only 8k.
A guess is that it's an OS issue - Windows 7 Home Premium is 64 bit (apparently!) but this flavour of xampp would appear to be 32 bit, if the name is anything to go by.

Any help here would be much appreciated. ( btw, I did search the forum before posting but couldn't get an answer which worked)

Sorry for the delay - it's a totally bog standard phpmyadmin dump from a 1and1 server.

The web server db is php4 but i've imported it into xampp running php5 loads of times previously on a different box running running XP.

I meant, of course, that the server db dump is MySQL 4, not php4 and it is from from phpMyAdmin - and that I have previously imported on a Win XP system into xampp running MySQL 5 with no problems.
