So, while i got XAMPP on high recommendations, i just finshed my project only to realize that i made it in Apache for Windows (or i would assume i did since my dev is on a windows 7 machine) and thus ive come to find that i cant get any hosting for that.

Exactly how complicated will it be to migrate over to Apache for Linux when i go to production?

Depends on your knowledge, the less you know about Linux, the more complicated it gets for you.
