Apache wont start

Hey Apache friends, alright i got a little problems here it goes.

i installed xampp, turned off my avast and also my windows firewall, i click start on filezilla and mySQL both are running!

i click on Apache it loads... and says this


so since that didn't work i tried something else i opened my files to xampp and searched "apache_start.bat" and got this


i am out of options can anyone else help me out with this?? it would be grateful.

Something is already using port 80. Could you please check port 80 to see what it is? (Common uses are Skype and IIS)
