help needed installing xampp on LAN

I installed XAMP on a Windows XP Professional computer.
XAmpp works perfect. I installed Joomla and I can access my joomla pages through http://localhost/briefing
All users of the LAN should be able to access these pages, but I can't succeed in making it work. When I type http://12.2.41.33/briefing it doens't work.
Do I forget something in configurating xampp or Apache. Please help! I searched a long time in Google, but I couldn't find an answer.
