Once zipped; where is the setup file?

I am very new at this so here it goes. I have zipped XAMPP for windows. Once opened I saw over 1000 different files, but I cannot find which file runs the setup. Please help

After you've extracted your files, run "setup_xampp.bat" (in the \xampp folder). After you've successfully done that, you can now run xampp-control.exe and start Apache/MySQL/etc.
I would recommend running the .exe, as it makes life a bit easier, but since you've already extracted the files, it doesn't really matter.
