Regarding SSL certificate installation

Hi all,

I have installed Xampp1.7.1 on win2k3 server.I want to use SSL certicficate on this server.we bought ssl certificate from godaddy.when i try to create cerficate using command at
c:/xampp/apache/bin:openssl genrsa -des3 -out server.key 1024

I am receiving error.
