i can't open up the mysql and prompt the error 1067
when i on the services.msc to start the mysql

please help

take a look at the my.ini file located in xampp\mysql\bin and see everything is okay in there (paths, port etc)
I guess you have commented the basedir key.

if all seems good to you there, try running it with 'mysqld-nt --standalone --console' and see what errors are reporting in there then come back with the result
