I need to use GnuPG for some stuff

How do I enable or install this in my Windows XAMPP ?

I also wonder why you think this is relevant to XAMPP, perhaps a mailserver or client.

I read your post & I did not know for install GnuPG in my Windows XAMPP.After read this its very easy to install GnuPG.I also need to install this.I really nice information I like it.
