Can i use mercury to send unlimited number of mails from my computer? My ISP has 200 mesages limit/hour and i need more.

Did your ISP give you an email address? and if so are you using that email address to send out emails? if so then no it will still limit you to 200 messages an hour.. now if you are using a different email address then yes you will have unlimited.

What do you mean by "using different email" ? Can send emails just from my IP?
And do you know mail provider which allows more than 200 mails/hour?

Means different Email provider (like GMX, Hotcom etc.)

You can, but fortunately most Email providers are blocking incoming messages from privat IPs, because it's huge amount of spam (like mass mails).

So i can register mail account in GMX or Hotcom and to use them to send mail from xampp?

GMX is in German language and I cant find hotcom... Can you write me the url of the hotcom or some other mail provider that dosnt havve mail sending restriction

Maybe you want to try Google GMail

It has limit of 100 mail/hours
